NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The legendary voice of the Flames and longtime Lee University Sports Information Director, George Starr will be inducted into the Tennessee Sports Writers Association Hall of Fame the organization announced on Thursday. The 2021 induction ceremony is scheduled for July 8 at Cumberland University, with Starr joining Maurice Patton and Larry Taft of The Tennessean and the Class of 2020 (Tommy Bryan, Teresa Walker, Mark Wiedmer).
