In military terms you might say Jessica McIntyre has earned her stripes since Lee Athletic Director Larry Carpenter originally brought her to Lee as a consultant to help with eligibility and the transition from NAIA to NCAA in August of 2013 for only a three-week period. She has quickly risen through the ranks and was promoted to Lee's Assistant Vice President in charge of Internal Affairs in 2019.
